Director of Recruiting

Nick is the Director of Recruiting for our Workday and staffing practices. With in-depth experience, he is responsible for all the development, planning, and execution of all recruiting activities at OmniPoint.

Director of Delivery Assurance

Lee Ann is the Director of Delivery Assurance for both our Workday and staffing practices. Her 20+ years of delivery experience is on display as she manages critical staffing resource needs for our most strategic clients.


As COO, Glenn is responsible for ensuring business operations are effective and efficient, company resources are properly managed, and services are delivered in a manner that ensures strong customer satisfaction. Glenn is also responsible for business development and service delivery for OmniPoint Staffing’s IT Staffing practice.


Derek is OmniPoint Staffing’s Chief People Officer, leading all strategic human resource efforts and overseeing people development. As a partner in the company and with over 20 years of consulting experience, he is also responsible for business development and service delivery for the OmniPoint Staffing Workday and IT Staffing practices.


Keith is a Partner at OmniPoint Staffing and the Executive Lead of the company’s IT Staffing practice. His focus on quality, customer satisfaction and relationship building, along with his 20+ years of IT experience position him well to lead, manage and expand the company’s staff augmentation practice.
