Core Values

At OmniPoint Staffing, we value People – the People that work for our company, the People that work for our clients, and the People we partner with to deliver our services.  We have identified five core values that are an integral part of who we are, how we operate, and what ultimately drives our success.


We place a high value on honesty.  We do what we say we are going to do and always aim to be fair to all parties.  We view relationships as a two-way street, and we are committed to work with people to do what is right.


We have high standards of quality in all aspects of our business – quality of people, quality of services, and quality of our interactions.


We view our relationships as partnerships – we partner with employees, with customers, and with other businesses to ensure success.  This involves aligning interests, supporting each other, and understanding that success is bred from an organization that recognizes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.


We value everyone’s opinion, and welcome and encourage their contributions.  We expect direct and honest communications, and we strive to be good listeners to gain a thorough understanding instead of quickly forming opinions or issuing judgment.


We run our business objectively, not subjectively.  We utilize a structured approach to ensure goals and objectives are met or exceeded.  We accomplish this by defining, refining, executing and measuring all our interactions and activities which support our business.
